Hi, I’m Sarah Scribner.
Hi everyone! I’m Sarah, a former public school teacher, wife, homeschooling momma of 3, herbalist, nutritionist, wellness coach, bibliophile, and full on nerd. With a foundation rooted in scientific rigor and a passion for nourishing the body, I bring a unique perspective to the world of holistic wellness. My journey began with a deep dive into the practical application of nourishment through a degree in Culinary Arts, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. I spent several years teaching kids Culinary Arts, sharing the importance of quality ingredients and mindful preparation.
My transition to holistic wellness was deeply personal, starting about ten years ago when the conventional allopathic model failed to provide the comprehensive support and answers my family needed. My parents both struggled with healthy lifestyles as well as life altering illnesses that affected our family day in and day out. I didn’t want this future for myself or my family. This pivotal experience sparked a decade-long dedication to understanding natural health and the body's innate ability to heal.
To formalize this passion, I have completed extensive herbalism classes through the Herbal Academy and am currently finishing a comprehensive Holistic Wellness pathway. This training integrates my scientific background with traditional wisdom, enabling me to offer well-rounded, evidence-informed guidance as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner.
My Approach
My philosophy centers on a holistic, individualized approach to wellness, recognizing that true health encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My programs are designed to empower individuals to actively participate in their health journey, fostering sustainable transformation through intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy. I provide practical strategies, evidence-based knowledge, and personalized guidance to cultivate lasting positive change and a resilient life.
